Text Message Program

Thread Surrogacy LLC ("Thread") sends text messages to people who ask us to. This page explains what we send, how you opt in, and how to get help or stop at any time.

Opt in to text messages

Enter the mobile number you would like us to text and check the box. You can also opt in by completing our online eligibility check, which shows the same disclosure before your number is saved.

Submitting this form takes you to the 60-second eligibility check, where your number is saved with your consent.

What we send

Message types. Customer support and informational messages about your inquiry, application, eligibility result, appointments, documents, and next steps in a surrogacy journey. We do not send marketing or promotional texts without separate consent.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Most people receive between 1 and 10 messages per month depending on where they are in the process.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details of your plan.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery can fail, so do not rely on text messages for urgent medical matters.

Help

Reply HELP to any message, email contact@threadsurrogacy.com, or visit threadsurrogacy.com.

Stop

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation text and no further messages. You can also email contact@threadsurrogacy.com to revoke consent by another reasonable method. Opting out of texts does not affect your application; we will reach you by email or phone instead.

Privacy
